Piling & Driving Technology Overview
Transforming excavators and mini excavators into high-precision specialist machines
MHR 01 Universal Pile Driver
Highest Precision During Operation
The integrated guide mast and optional electronic spirit level with display ensure exact, vertical alignment of the tools. This is particularly important for the stability and functionality of the driven elements.
A Wide Variety of Tasks with a Single Machine
Mount various tools for versatile application areas:
Suitable for fences, wildlife protection fences, vineyard posts, and foundation stakes. Processes materials made of wood, metal, or plastic.
Ideal for the fast and precise installation of ground sleeves for traffic signs, construction fences, carports, and LED lights.
With a special adapter, guardrail posts can also be driven efficiently into the ground.
Enables precise core drilling in concrete, asphalt, or masonry, as well as rapid creation of earth holes for posts, plants, or foundations.
Utilize the machine for screwing in ground screws—a particularly modern and efficient method for establishing foundations.

HFR 80 Universal Pile Driver
Efficiency and Soil Protection
The HFR 80 enables rapid driving of posts and profiles into the ground. Thanks to vertical 70 Hz vibrations, the post glides into the soil much more easily and with minimal ground disturbance.
Advantages of the Stehr HFR 80 Pile Driver
Versatile application options ranging from landscaping to large-scale fields:
Fast and precise driving of wooden posts for fencing or support structures in gardening and landscaping.
Galvanized steel profile rails are efficiently installed for large-scale solar park construction and PV infrastructure.
Thanks to high-frequency vertical 70 Hz vibrations, the post penetrates the ground with minimized resistance.
Transforms carrier machines starting from a weight class of 3.5 tons into highly specialized pile-driving equipment.
Equipped with a digital alignment aid for precise, vertical work directly from the operator's cab.

SSPR Snow Pole Driver
Core Piece of the New Development
A clever mounting attachment for standard carrier vehicles, secured via the standardized KAT 2 three-point linkage. A walk-on grating platform is mounted on the attachment, providing the operator with secure footing.
Semi-Automatic Operation Relieves Personnel
Noticeable workload reduction and cost savings through the system:
Mounted on the side of the platform is the proven Stehr hammer – well known as an excavator-mounted pile driver.
The entire system can be shifted hydraulically by 70 centimeters, allowing precise positioning of the poles.
With a high impact frequency of 1,400 blows per minute, poles can be driven securely and quickly into the ground.
Even large snow poles pose no problem: The system is designed for poles up to 2.5 meters in length.
A crucial advantage: The system also provides a simple device to hydraulically extract the poles again after the winter season.
