Precision & Technology at a Glance

The Stehr SBS 3000 binder spreader guarantees highly efficient application of binders. At its core is the hydraulically driven, self-cleaning rotary valve with robust plastic segments, which ensures extremely precise and uniform dosing. The actual spread rate is determined dynamically by the rotational speed of the rotary valve and the driving speed of the tractor.

Maximum reliability on the construction site: No conveyor belt, no screw conveyor – and therefore guaranteed no annoying bridging of the binder!

Electronic fill level control: Optical monitoring of the container contents via precise electronic sensors.
Optional Stehr dust filter: The injection air escaping during the filling process is cleaned by a dust filter specially developed by Stehr. This impresses with simple cleaning and low maintenance requirements.
