Optional Equipment

An optional supplementary display can be installed in the tractor cabin, providing the driver with real-time feedback on the binder weight during loading and application, determined via load cells on the spreader. Another control terminal in the cabin allows for precise speed control of the metering shafts in the container. This ensures that the required spread rate is consistently achieved and maintained.

A fully automatic computer control system is also available, which automatically regulates the spread rate depending on the driving speed and the density of the binder. Furthermore, a dust filter system is available, enabling dust-free injection of the binder without the need for additional equipment.

The development took place in close cooperation, combining the technical expertise of Stehr, the English soil stabilization specialist Reeds Ltd., and Agri Spread-SpreadTec.

Precise application: The mechanical system controls the 740 mm wide double scraper floor and the distribution auger. Both speeds can be adjusted hydraulically and independently of one another.
Consistent spread pattern: The conveyor auger (2.5 m width) features adjustable openings, completely and evenly distributing the material across the entire width.
Low-dust operation: The spreader is designed for reduced dust emissions, which benefits both environmental protection and occupational safety.
High safety during filling: The 4 mm thick, completely sealed container is filled pneumatically. Integrated pressure relief valves protect the tank as standard.
Maintenance and cleaning friendly: The system requires extremely little servicing and offers a straightforward, manual cleaning cycle for the end of the working day.
