The Stehr soil stabilization milling machine SBF 24 L is characterized by revolutionary power transmission that is clearly superior to conventional systems. The result: less wear, higher milling performance, and perfect soil preparation even with extremely heavy soils.

Direct torque generation in the milling rotor via an integrated planetary gear

Power transmission

Double-sided chain drive (high-speed, reduced torque) instead of the usual lateral spur gear. This minimizes power losses and protects the components from overload.
Rear PTO

Requires a rear PTO with 1,000 rpm for optimal operation.
Traction drive

The carrier vehicle requires a continuously variable traction drive (0 – Vmax).
Recommended power

For a perfect milling pattern and optimal working speed, a tractor power of approx. 180 HP is recommended.
