System Solution: SGRF 250

The SGRF 250 Gravel Road Finisher was specially developed as a cost-effective alternative for the rapid restoration of gravel roads.

The rehabilitation process takes place in three consecutive steps using a single system:

• 1. Ripping and Mixing: A ripper adjustable to a roof profile penetrates the material with carbide tools down to the depth of the potholes. The existing material is loosened and thoroughly remixed.
• 2. Even Paving: The directly attached screed board evenly distributes and smooths the material.
• 3. Compaction: The final step is compaction by a Stehr plate compactor to ensure a load-bearing and durable surface.
