Efficiency & Drive Concept
The Stehr soil stabilization milling machine SBF 24 was developed for extreme requirements and maximum milling depths of up to 500 mm. The unique drive concept ensures almost loss-free power transmission from the carrier vehicle directly to the rotor.
Direct torque generation in the milling rotor via an integrated planetary gear
-
Power transmissionDouble-sided power belt (high-speed, reduced torque) instead of a classic lateral spur gear. This design prevents energy losses and increases service life.
-
Rear PTORequires a rear PTO with 1,000 rpm for power transmission.
-
Traction driveThe carrier vehicle should have a continuously variable traction drive (0 – Vmax).
-
Recommended powerDue to the enormous milling depth, a power of 280 HP is recommended for optimal operation.
-
Additional equipmentThe machine is optionally available with an integrated water spray bar.
