Der Stehr TBA 10 (Trailed Binder Agent) ist ein gezogener Bindemittelstreuer für den Tiefbau, der durch seine robuste Bauweise besticht. Stehr ist exklusiver Vertriebspartner dieses Modells, das vom renommierten irischen Hersteller SpreadTec gefertigt wird. Die Entwicklung erfolgte in enger Zusammenarbeit und bündelt das technische Know-how von Stehr, dem englischen Bodenstabilisierungsspezialisten Reeds ltd. und Agri Spread-SpreadTec.
Konzipiert für höchste Ansprüche im Tiefbau: Der TBA 10 verbindet innovative Streutechnologie mit extremer Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit für eine effiziente Bodenstabilisierung.
- Präzise Ausbringung: Das mechanische System steuert den 740 mm breiten Doppelkratzboden und die Verteilerschnecke. Beide Geschwindigkeiten können unabhängig voneinander hydraulisch eingestellt werden.
- Konstantes Streubild: Die Förderschnecke (2,5 m Breite) besitzt anpassbare Öffnungen, wodurch das Material über die gesamte Breite vollkommen gleichmäßig verteilt wird.
- Staubarmes Arbeiten: Der Streuer ist auf eine reduzierte Staubentwicklung ausgelegt (Low dust operation), was sowohl dem Umweltschutz als auch der Arbeitssicherheit zugutekommt.
- Hohe Sicherheit beim Befüllen: Der 4 mm starke, komplett abgedichtete Behälter wird pneumatisch befüllt. Integrierte Überdruckventile schützen den Tank standardmäßig.
- Wartungs- und reinigungsfreundlich: Das System erfordert extrem wenig Serviceaufwand und bietet einen unkomplizierten, manuellen Reinigungszyklus für das Ende des Arbeitstages.
