Das Problem: Sie binden sich nicht einfach an herk\u00f6mmliches Erdreich, sondern sind hochmobil und wandern bei Regen direkt ins Grundwasser. Das macht belasteten Boden in der Praxis zu \u201eSonderm\u00fcll auf Wanderschaft\u201c.<\/p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/696318553_1427213266100767_2807185656770429844_n.jpg\" alt=\"Infografik: Das Problem PFAS-Kontamination und die Stehr-Revolution (PEFAS-System)\" \/><p>Die Firma Stehr, Inhaber von \u00fcber 100 Patenten, hat sich dieser gewaltigen Herausforderung angenommen und ein wegweisendes System zur Probleml\u00f6sung entwickelt: das Einmischen von Aktivkohle zur Immobilisierung belasteter B\u00f6den. Das <strong>PEFAS-System<\/strong> ist aktuell das absolute Trend-Thema der Branche \u2013 und das aus gutem Grund. W\u00e4hrend andere noch dar\u00fcber r\u00e4tseln, wie man die \u201eEwigkeitschemikalien\u201c (PFAS\/PFC) in den Griff bekommt, liefert Stehr mit dem PEFAS-Verfahren (PFAS-Elimination durch Fixierung und Adsorptive Stabilisierung) eine handfeste L\u00f6sung.<\/p><h2>Die Stehr EXPO: Vom Albtraum zur L\u00f6sung<\/h2><p>Dass dieses System im Mittelpunkt der letzten Stehr EXPO stand, ist wenig verwunderlich. F\u00fcr viele Bauunternehmer und Kommunen ist das Thema PFAS momentan ein kostspieliger Albtraum. Normalerweise bedeutet PFAS im Boden: gro\u00dffl\u00e4chiger Aushub, Transport quer durch Deutschland und die Lagerung auf Spezialdeponien f\u00fcr Unmengen an Geld.<\/p><h3>Stehr dreht das Spiel um:<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Aufbereitung vor Ort statt Abtransport:<\/strong> Das spart tausende LKW-Fahrten und schont das Budget massiv.<\/li><li><strong>Die Staub-Falle gel\u00f6st:<\/strong> Aktivkohle ist extrem leicht und staubt stark. Das Stehr-System <strong>SBF 24 \/ 6<\/strong> ist hier der entscheidende Faktor. Diese \u201eProbleml\u00f6ser-Mentalit\u00e4t\u201c ist genau das, was die Branche sch\u00e4tzt: Ein Riesenproblem wird gel\u00f6st, ohne aus der L\u00f6sung ein neues Problem zu machen.<\/p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/721759020_1455173579971402_7354701333119701841_n.jpg\" alt=\"Homogen gemischter, aufbereiteter Boden direkt auf der Baustelle\" \/><h2>Schluss mit dem Logistik-Wahnsinn<\/h2><p>Die Erleichterung in der Branche ist sp\u00fcrbar, da das Stehr PEFAS-System eine massive Marktl\u00fccke schlie\u00dft. Bisher war PFAS oft das \u201eTodesurteil\u201c f\u00fcr ein Bauprojekt oder zumindest ein finanzielles Fass ohne Boden. Angesichts immer strengerer Grenzwerte (Stichwort: Mantelverordnung) steht nun ein System zur Verf\u00fcgung, mit dem diese Werte verl\u00e4sslich eingehalten werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Zus\u00e4tzlich wird der \u00f6kologische Wahnsinn gestoppt: Wer schon einmal versucht hat, zehntausende Tonnen belasteten Boden \u00fcber hunderte Kilometer zur einzigen verf\u00fcgbaren Deponie zu karren, wei\u00df, wie dringend diese Innovation gebraucht wurde. Mit der Stehr-Erfindung wird Abfall wieder zu Baustoff.<\/p><h2>Qualit\u00e4t durch Homogenit\u00e4t<\/h2><p>Grundvoraussetzung f\u00fcr den Erfolg ist die exakte Ausbringung und Einmischung der Kohle. Entstehen durch ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Verteilung sogenannte \u201eNester\u201c, kann dort weiterhin PFAS ausgewaschen werden. Die Stehr-Mischer spielen hier ihren Vorteil aus: Durch ihre hohe Kraft und die spezielle Werkzeuganordnung schlie\u00dfen sie den Boden f\u00f6rmlich auf und verteilen die Kohle mikroskopisch
